§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via this online shop with Glow Genetics LLC. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order via the shopping cart, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by a separate confirmation by email or dispatch the goods.

§ 4 Age restriction and intended use

All products offered are intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes and are not suitable for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the products exclusively within the scope of scientific research.

§ 5 Prices and payment terms

All prices stated are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment is available by credit or debit card, via digital payment services (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and by PayPal. Card and wallet payments are processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal payments via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Which payment methods are available in an individual case is shown during checkout. The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.

§ 6 Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made exclusively within the European Union. Orders received by 12:00 noon on working days are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 working days, correspondingly longer in the rest of the EU. These are non-binding estimates; no particular delivery dates are guaranteed.

§ 7 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Glow Genetics LLC until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our Cancellation Policy. For contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 German Civil Code, BGB). As the peptide vials offered are sealed products, a right of withdrawal exists only as long as the seal of the vial is intact.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If you receive a defective or damaged delivery, please contact us immediately by email – we will find a fair solution (replacement delivery or refund).

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act, and in cases of injury to life, body or health. In cases of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. As all products are intended exclusively for research purposes, we accept no liability for damage resulting from use other than as intended.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
