Processing and delivery time
Orders received by 12:00 noon on working days are usually dispatched the same working day. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 working days, correspondingly longer in the rest of the delivery area. These are non-binding estimates.
Tracking
Every shipment is sent with tracking. As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number.
Storage after receipt
Store freeze-dried peptides cool, dry and protected from light, ideally at 2–8 °C. After reconstitution, store refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
