GHRP-6 is one of the first described growth-hormone-releasing hexapeptides (sequence His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂). In research it serves as a model substance for activation of the ghrelin receptor; studies examine the subsequent release of growth hormone and IGF-1 as well as markers of cell division.
Supplied as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial (10 mg net peptide). Purity typically ≥ 99 % by HPLC (manufacturer specification). If a certificate of analysis is available for the delivered batch, it is provided on this product page.
